More than 20 years of volunteer work
Ron Gunnell has been Executive Producer for Global Talent and Assistant to the Presidency of the Tabernacle Chor for the past 21 years. In October of 2021 one he was called by Church leadership to be “Global Envoy” expanding his responsibilities, and aligning the choir’s mission with that of its Global church.
Operation Kids specializes in various charitable causes aimed at children’s needs around the world. Initial funding for Operation Kids was provided by Ron Gunnell, and he remains a member of the Board of Directors.
Ron serves on the Board of Directors of Rising Star Outreach, an India based charity providing education, medical services and micro loans to those affected by leprosy in southern India.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of Mentors International, a Utah based charity providing micro loans to the poor in the Philippines, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Peru, Ghana, and Nepal.
