No stranger to Fortune 100 companies, in 1986 he Co-Founded Health Benefits America (HBA) which became America’s premier outsourcing benefit management company. HBA provided services to over 50 of the America’s largest and respected Fortune 100 companies. including General Motors, Bank of America, TRW, Rockwell International, Chrysler, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, FedEx, K-Mart, Sears,Federated Department Stores, Citibank, Chevron, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Marriott Corp, Price Water-house, DHL, Home Depot, Holiday Inns,Coca Cola, and J. C. Penney. HBA was acquired by the worlds largest payroll company, Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP) in 1996. Ron stayed on as an executive with ADP until late 1998.

He has presented on India Power Talk for the India Chamber of Commerce and was the Chief Speaker at the 5th World Parliament of Science, Religion, and Philosophy at MIT World Peace University in 2019. He has consulted for JIO Platforms in Mumbai and promotes world peace through music, collaborating with international partners and Nashville, Tennessee.

He secures and negotiates performances with distinguished artists, including Gladys Knight, Andrea Bocelli, David Foster, Renée Fleming, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, and Kristin Chenoweth. He has also brought esteemed journalists and actors such as Walter Cronkite, Angela Lansbury, Anthony Hopkins, and Tom Brokaw to collaborate with the Choir.

In 2021, he was named Global Envoy and Assistant to the Choir Presidency, helping expand its international influence through music. He is married to Kaye Lynne Gunnell and has four children—Kristen, Lauren, Natilyn, and Michael—along with two grandchildren, Emma and Henry.
